The Importance of Rest

This week has felt heavy. I’ve felt separate yet enclosed within my body, with my emotions like cling wrap. It’s this week that I’m reminded of the importance of rest, of being vulnerable, open and honest with yourself. Because if you’re not here for yourself, nobody else will be.
