In-Studio Classes

  • Mindful Flow

    12pm Sunday & Wednesday

    This practice incorporates mindful movement that integrates creative, thoughtful transitions and asanas for all levels of practice. Emphasis is on the awareness of the breath and sensations in the body to cultivate a a balance of effort and ease. After clearing the pathways with flowing movement, you’ll then settle into deep stretches to settle your body and nervous system.

  • Slow Flow & Yin

    12pm Saturday

    This is a meditative practice which invites you to stay present through slow and strong movement while connecting with your body and breath. Build strength while slowing down your mind, and open up energetic channels by holding safe and accessible yin poses. Yin is the perfect complement to balance your mind from the daily stresses of life. This class is accessible for all levels.

Breathwork + Sound Bath

Join me for a reiki-infused sound bath for deep relaxation, inner clarity, and stress relief. Set new intentions, connect to your breath, and then lay down for a deeply restorative and transformative experience. Based on ancient healing techniques, this experience works on a cellular level to recalibrate your mind, body, and spirit. In addition to relief from stress, the benefits of a sound bath include improved sleep, a renewed sense of well-being, calm, and happiness.
