Classes are available for all levels, beginners included. I teach in a trauma informed manner that is open, accessible and supportive for all. Please feel free to use props to support your practice as you need.

This journey is self-paced with pre-recorded modules. However, if you choose the Embodied Alignment, Embodied Integration or Embodied Wholeness options, you have the opportunity for 1:1 sessions with me. I highly recommend these options if you’re ready to heal your heart.
