Alchemized Offerings

  • Deepen your practice with personalized instruction. Learn with one-on-one attention designed to deepen your understanding of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Available via Zoom. For more information, inquire or message on Instagram.

  • Connect with your team in a mindful way in the office. Workplace wellbeing classes are designed to decrease stress and increase focus and productivity. Classes are tailored for all levels and are designed to release tension from working at a desk or computer. Invest in the health of yourself and co-workers. Schedule by email.
